What Does this Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers the RD Troche Mold manufactured by TICKERWORKS. The mold is designed for compounding rapid dissolve troches. This warranty does not cover your RD Troche Mold if you use it in a matter incompatible with its intended design. This warranty extends 1 year from the date you receive your RD Troche Mold.

What Will BIOSRX Do?

TICKERWORKS will replace any defective or malfunctioning RD Troche Mold at no charge.

Who Does This Warranty Extend To?

This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the RD Troche Mold. The “original purchaser” for the purposes of this warranty is the pharmacy that first purchased the RD Troche Mold from TICKERWORKS. This warranty is non-transferable.

Your Responsibilities

In the rare event of a defect in the RD Troche Mold, you must first notify TICKERWORKS of the issue and provide a copy of the receipt or invoice number with proof of the original date of purchase in order to determine warranty applicability.

A TICKERWORKS representative may require evidence of a defect to determine the process of the return, and any claims must be reported to a representative.

After speaking one of our representatives, please call our customer service department at 1.800.280.9277 to begin a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Carefully pack the product(s) using the original packaging materials (or comparable materials). Enclose the original packing list or a letter with details, contact information i.e, name, address, phone number, online order number, and email address. Ship the return via your delivery service with tracking information to our listed address below. TICKERWORKS, Inc. will not be held responsible for damages through the return shipment or any unreceived package. Additional damages may prevent your RMA from being accepted.

We will inspect your mold and contact you within 72 hours to discuss results of our inspection and your eligibility to receive replacement molds.  

How State Law Applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
